Most math help is reactive — hired when something breaks, focused on this week's homework. I work differently. I learn your student, adapt to your curriculum and your family's rhythm, and become the person who owns math for the long haul.
- I come to you — in your home, or live online, wherever learning actually happens.
- I don't wait for a crisis — I build a relationship and steady, visible progress.
- I learn your student first — the curriculum comes second.
- I teach the way I know works — meeting each student where they are, until something clicks.

Hi, I'm Liz!
I have the heart of a teacher — I just spent thirty years teaching at home instead of in a classroom. I have a degree in secondary math education from BYU, six kids I homeschooled myself, and five-plus years teaching other families' students. I know the homeschool world from the inside, because I've lived it.
More about Liz →Not local? We can still work together.
I teach families across the country live online — and it feels far more personal than you'd expect. I point a document camera at my paper, so your student sees every problem worked out by hand, step by step, just like sitting beside me. Add a face camera and we talk it through in real time — more kitchen table than video call. Every session is live and interactive, never a pre-recorded lesson — whether it's one student or your whole family.
